流通产业对经济效率提升作用的实证研究

Empirical Research on Circulation Industry Enhancing Economic Efficiency

文章采用数据包络分析方法对中国2009年31个省(市、区)的经济效率进行了测算,同时运用2009年31个省(市、区)代表流通产业发展水平的数据对经济效率的测度值进行了相关和回归分析。实证结果表明,流通产业发展水平与经济效率呈现高度的正相关关系,流通产业发展水平每增加1%,可推动经济效率提升0.4%以上,说明发展流通产业对经济效率的提升有巨大的促进作用。因此,要重视流通产业在中国经济发展中的重要地位,通过大力发展流通产业来提升经济效率水平,促进经济增长。

Based on the literature Reorganizing and theoretical analysis on circulation industry, economic efficiency, economic growth and their relationship, this paper first calculated economic efficiency of 31 Provinces in 2009 with DEA methods, and then use the correlation and regression techniques analyze the affection of the development level of circulation industry on economic efficiency with the data of 31 Provinces in 2009. Empirical studies show that： there is a strong positive correlation between the development level of circulation industry and economic efficiency; per 1% increase of circulation industry can promote economic efficiency increase more than 0.4% ; so, the circulation industry has a good role in promoting the economic efficiency. Therefore , our country should put circulation industry to an important position and make great efforts developing it in order to enhance the level of economic efficiency and its growth.
