Therefore, it has important significance to find out the present situation of the needs of public goods , sequence and structure, analyse the impact factors and give the reasonable supply order, for improving the utilization efficiency of the countrysides＇ public goods capital in the underdeveloped western China, especially enhance the validity and pertinence for these countrysides＇ public goods and quickly improve production and living conditions in ethnic rural of underdeveloped western China.
