介绍了富氧再生技术在燕山石油化工公司炼油事业部II套渣油催化裂化装置 (VRFCC)上的应用。讨论了供氧工艺的设计、供氧方案的选择以及再生空气中氧浓度的确定。分析了富氧再生对催化剂再生烧焦效果、烧焦能力和产品分布的影响。采用富氧再生技术主风中氧浓度为 2 3%~ 2 6% ,加工量由 2 380t/d提高到 2 4 62t/d ,掺渣率由 58%提高到 76% (最大为 85% ) ,轻质油和总液体收率分别降低 1.71和 1.39个百分点 ,汽油产率降低 1.16个百分点 ,油浆和焦炭产率各升高 0 .55个百分点。经济效益增加 2 640× 10 4 RMB $ /a。
The application of oxygen enriched regeneration process in No.2 VRFCCU of Yanshan Petrochemical Company was introduced.Design of the oxygen supply process,selection of oxygen supply options and the oxygen concentration in the regeneration air were discussed.The impact of oxygen enriched regeneration on coke burning effect,coke burning capacity of the catalyst and product slate were discussed.By this process,when the oxygen concentration in the main air is 23%~25%,the processing capacity of the unit rises to 2462 tpsd from 2380 tpsd,the blending ratio of residue enhances to 76% from 58%,the yields of light oil and the total liquids decrease by 1.71 and 1.39 percent,with 0.55 percent increase in slurry and coke production.
