COMMERCIAL EVALUATION OF LRC-99 CATALYST

介绍了LRC 99催化剂在洛阳石油化工工程公司炼油实验厂ROCC V型重油催化裂化装置上的试用情况 ,标定数据表明 ,在该剂占系统藏量 80 %时平衡催化剂活性大于 63;轻质油收率由 71.9%提高到 72 .54% ,焦炭产率由 9.37%降到 8.52 % ,回炼比由 0 .35降至 0 .2 ;汽油辛烷值和柴油十六烷值变化不大 ,柴油实际胶质降低。

The commercial trial of the LRC 99 catalyst in the ROCC V RFCCU in the Petroleum Refining Demonstration Plant of LPEC was introduced.The data of performance tests showed that when this catalyst was 80% of the catalyst inventory,the activity of equilibrium catalyst was greater than 63,the light oil yield was increased to 72.54% from 71.9%,the coke make was reduced to 8.52% from 9.37% and the recycle ratio was decreased down to 0.2 from 0.35 and the actual gum in diesel decreased.The octane number of gasoline and cetane number of diesel was slightly affected.
