柴油机净化消声器声学性能仿真分析与结构改进

Simulation analysis and structural improvement of diesel purification silencer acoustical performance

摘要 为了提高某型柴油机净化消声器的消声性能,利用GT-Power软件中的Muffler模块对其进行建模,同时进行传递损失的计算。针对原模型消声性能存在的不足,通过对其结构和消声单元的改进,在其内部采用不同隔板方案、改变穿孔管长度及数目和催化载体的密度,并对改进结构进行数值计算。与原始消声器相比,改进后的消声器消声效果良好。 In order to improve the silencing per-formance of some type of diesel purification silencer,the module Muffler of software GT Power is used to build model,and transmission loss is calculated as well.For the shortage of silencing performance of the original mod-el,the structure and silencing unit are improved by tak-ing different clapboard measures inside,changing the length and number of perforated pipe,and the density of catalytic carrier,and calculating the structure improve-ment.Compared with original silencer,the improved one is better.
