Well Bingu14-CP1 is a testing well drilled for the program of Complete Drilling and Production Technologies for Sidetracking Horizontal Well in the national 'Ninth-five-year' plan, and the first short radius horizontal well sidetracked in the buried hill in Shengli Oilfield.
