对国产J-55油管(不加厚)失效问题的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 随着国产油管在油田的普及 ,油管失效问题屡屡发生 ,影响了油田的正常生产。由现场 55口油井调查表明 ,用国产新油管失效分为 4种类型 ,即 :粘扣、丝扣漏失、管体裂缝及其它。应用室内试验资料和生产现场资料对国产不加厚油管 ( 73.3× 5.51 mm)失效原因从油管本身质量、螺纹脂使用、现场操作、丛式井磨损等方面进行了探索 ,指出 :现场使用中对国产油管与进口油管应区别对待 ,做细致扎实的技术管理工作 ;在订货时除按 APISPEC STD5B、API SPEC5CT最新版本执行外 ,还应在螺纹接头光滑度、管体及接箍硬度差异、工厂机紧上扣、理化性能、静水压试验压力等方面根据油田实际情况补充技术条件。 Tubing string failure often happens with the application of home made tubing being popularized in oil fields. It seriously influenced oil field normal production. The investigation result of 55 well accidents shows that there are four types of failure for newly used home made tubing. They are thread sticky, thread leakage, tubing body crack and other failures. The paper describes failure reason analysis of home made tubing(73.3×5.51mm) based on the laboratory and field application test data. The analysis study includes tubing body quality, thread crease application, operation and abrasion in cluster wells. Then it pointed out that special care should be taken in operation for home made tubing in a way different from imported tubing, the supervision and quality control should be run in field operation. Besides new versions of API SPEC STD 5B and API SPEC 5TC standards should be obeyed when operator buys tubing product. Some additional technical requirements such as thread smoothness, hardness difference of tubing body and its joint, machine threads tightness in factory, physical and chemical properties and pressure test should be added according to practical needs of different oil field.\;
