Abstract： Spawn capsule of Lentinula edodes with labor saving and high survival rate advantages, was very suitable for large scale production. In recent years, the application of spawn capsule of Lentinula edodes multiplied up, which was popular with mushroom farmers. However sometimes the spawn capsule of Lentinula edodes was not germinate after inoc- ulating. This article was discussing about the causes and solutions from temperature of sawdust medium, moisture, pH, ambient temperature, operation habit and so on.
