摘要
比较不同产地冬虫夏草菌对寄主幼虫的侵染力,筛选高侵染力的菌株,提高寄主幼虫感染率,为人工培殖冬虫夏草奠定基础。试验结果表明,小金产冬虫夏草菌菌株感染率最高为72.22%,西藏比如产冬虫夏草菌菌株感染最低为45.56%;贡嘎蝠蛾感染率最高为75.56%,比如蝠蛾感染率最低为58.89%,剑川蝠蛾不能感染;除老君山虫草外,各地产冬虫夏草子实体无差别。不同产地冬虫夏草菌的侵染力有差异。
Abstract: Different origin of Cordyceps sinensis on host larval infection, the high infectivity strains, the host larvae infec- tion rate, the artificial cultivation of C. sinensis were studied. The results showed that strains of C. sinensis from xiaojin county had the highest infection rate of 72.22%, and strains of C. sinensis from Tibet infected had a minimum of 45.56%. The highest infection rate of H. gonggaensis was 75.56%, and infection rate of H. biruensis with 58.89% was the lowest. The H. jianchuanensis cannot be infected. Besides Ophiocordyceps laojunshanensis, Cordyceps fruiting body hadn't the real estate difference. The infection forces from different origin of C. sinensis were different.
