摘要
通过对遗传算法的工作原理以及具体操作步骤、遗传算法的优势进行阐述,对煤炭机械平面四杆机构所拥有的基本特性进行分析,并且根据煤炭机械的应用特征,用角位移误差以及行程速比系数作为优化的变量,且根据MATLAB软件中的遗传算法,构建平面四杆机构优化设计的模型,使原本复杂的煤炭机械平面四杆机构能够进一步缩短运行的周期与提高其运动的精度等进行优化设计。
Planar Four-bar is widely used in coal of machinery based on the working principle of genetic algorithm and the steps. It expounds the advantages of genetic algorithm, analyzes the coal machine of planar four-bar basic characteristics. According to the application of mechanical characteristics of coal, with multiple-angular displacement stroke ratio error and the optimization of the coefficient as variables, and according to the genetic algorithm of the MATLAB software, the construction of the planar four-bar optimization design model makes originally complex coal machinery of planar four-bar shorten the cycle of operation and improves the precision of the movement of ootimized design.
