文章首先探讨了当前国有煤矿矿区建筑工程造价管理存在的问题,然后提出了基于全过程的国有煤矿矿区建筑工程造价管理措施:立项决策阶段的造价控制、设计阶段的造价控制、施工阶段的造价控制和后评估阶段的造价控制。具有一定的借鉴意义。

This paper first discusses the state-owned coal mine construction project cost management problems, and then puts forward state-owned coal mine construction project cost management measures based on the whole process： the project decision stage construction cost control, cost control of design stage, construction stage consti＇uction cost control and the assessment phase of cost control.
