近年来,随着我国经济的发展,城市化步伐进一步加快,建筑业在工业中的地位也逐渐提升。但是也随之带来建筑能耗的迅速增加。如何使建筑既能适应城市化发展的需要,又不带来过量的能源损耗,文章从建筑节能经济与社会效益的方面,提出了一些应对措施及合理发展对策。

In recent years, with the development of our national economy, further accelerates the pace of urbanization, construction in the industry position is also gradually enhancing. But building energy consumption is rapid increasing. How to make a building not＂ only can meet the needs of the development of urbanization, but also don＇t bring excessive energy loss, from the aspects of energy conservation of the building economic and social benefits, this paper puts forward some measures and reasonable development countermeasures.
