摘要
优质冶金焦煤资源日趋紧缺,价格不断攀升,导致优质焦炭与低质煤炭的矛盾日益尖锐。在分析某钢铁公司高炉用焦配煤试验数据的基础上,运用数理统计、数学规划等数学方法,建立了焦炭性能指标与配煤比例间的数学模型,并对建立的模型进行优化求解,获得了生产优质焦炭的最佳配煤比例,该最优配煤比例的确定,对于该钢铁公司降低炼焦生产过程中优质冶金煤的使用比例、节约炼焦成本具有十分重要的意义。
Resource of High-quality metallurgical coking coal short seriously. And price of that is still rising. They result in the contradictions of quality coke and low-quality coal. Based on experimental data of Coal Blending Coking in a steel company, a mathematical model of proportion of coke performance index and mixing coal is founded by the method of Mathematical statistics and mathematical programming. This model is optimized for obtaining the best solution. So, it will be of important significance to decrease the using rate of high-quality metallurgical coal and save the coking cost.
