On the Implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development

自科学发展观提出以来,党中央高度重视科学发展观的贯彻落实,采取了一系列重大举措。八年多来,在党中央的坚强领导下,经过全党全社会的努力,科学发展观的贯彻落实取得了历史性的成就,但也存在不容忽视的问题。对贯彻落实科学发展观的长期性、艰巨性,要有充分的认识,要增强贯彻落实科学发展观的自觉性和坚定性,着力转变不适应、不符合科学发展观的思想观念,着力解决影响和制约科学发展的突出问题,把科学发展观贯彻落实到经济社会发展的各个方面。

Since the Scientific Outlook on Development proposed,the CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the implementation of it,taking a series of major measures.In eight years,under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee,through the efforts of the whole society,the implementation of the Scientific Outlook on Development has made a historic achievement,but there still exist problems not to be neglected.Having a full understanding of the long-term arduous to implement the Scientific Outlook on Development,enhancing the consciousness and firmness to implement it,focusing on changing that are not in line with its ideas,and striving to solve problems that influence and restrict the scientific development,implementing it in various aspects of economic and social development.
