摘要
方法 针对胜利油区稠油开发中出现的注入蒸汽的窜进和生产井水窜的问题 ,研究适用于热采井封堵汽窜和水窜的HBC98 1热采封堵剂。目的 防止注入蒸汽窜进和生产井含水上升 ,有效地提高注汽效率 ,保持产油量稳定。结果 所研究出的HBC98 1热采封堵剂凝结时间在 2~ 15h可调 ;抗压强度大于 1.0MPa ;在 35 0℃条件下热稳定期可达 4个月以上 ,强度基本保持不变 ;对岩心堵塞率大于 95 %。该封堵剂在孤东油田垦东 5 2 41井应用后 ,使该井日产液达 35 .8m3 ,日产油达3.7t,含水达 91.1% (封堵前因含水高关井 ) ,取得了较好的效果。结论 通过室内及现场试验表明 ,HBC98 1热采封堵剂具有强度大、耐高温、耐盐、封堵力强、热稳定期长等特点。其现场施工工艺可靠 。
Method To eliminate steam coning and water coning in production wells of heavy oil reservoirs, Shengli oil province, HBC98 1 plugging agent for thermal production is developed. Purpose\ To improve steam injection efficiency and maintain oil production by preventing steam coning and water cut increment. Result\ Solidifying time of HBC98 1 is adjustable between 2~15 h with a pressure strength over 1 0 MPa. Besides, it features a super core plugging rate(>95%)and thermal stability(>4 month, 350 ℃)with almost unchanged strength. Kendong well 52 41 is the first well tested with this agent and good results achieved: fluid production up to \{35.8 m\+3/d\}, oil production 3 7 t/d, reduced water cut up to 91 1% while it was previously closed in because of high water cut. Conclusion\ Through indoors and site experiments, it is found that HBC98 1 owns the following characteristics, including super strength, high temperature resistivity, salt proofing, remarkable plugging capability, long thermal stability, and so on. In addition, it has proven reliable operation technique and satisfied performance.
