摘要
在苯乙烯装置开工期间，苯进料泵多次发生电机电流超标跳车及泵机械密封损坏现象，通过分析找到了故障原因，对泵叶轮结构进行改造，使问题得到了解决。
During start-up of SM unit, benzene feed pump tripped many times due to motor over-current and damaged the pump mechanical seals. Trouble causes were found through analysis and modification was made to the pump impeller structure thus solved the problem.
