摘要
对大庆石化公司炼油厂第三套常减压装置上应用ＲＭＰＣＴ技术实施先进控制策略的过程进行了论述，研究总结了实施先进控制的技术关键，为其它装置实施先进控制，提高应用水平，提供了可借鉴的经验。
Through detailed description about how to use RMPCT technology and the advanced control system's development and application on the 3m Crude Unit, summarizes the technical keys of implementing advanced control system, which provides referenced experiences for the future advanced control application of other units and for the improvement of application effects.
