摘要
疲乏是肿瘤患者最常见的临床症状之一，它影响着生活的方方面面，但是该症状始终没有得到足够重视和及时治疗。对肿瘤相关性疲乏的原因及治疗措施、评估量表、治疗方面的相关研究进行综述。
Fatigue is one of the most common complaints in cancer patients that profoundly affects all aspects of quality of life, However, cancer-related fatigue remains under recognized and poorly treated. This review has been conducted with the causes and potential treatments of fatigue in cancer patients. The methods for evaluating fatigue, and possible therapeutic options are also discussed.
