摘要
对硬胶泡沫钻井液当量密度的实验研究和理论计算结果表明 ,在基浆密度 1 .0 8kg/l、泡沫密度 0 .65~ 0 .95kg/l条件下 ,当考虑压力、温度、岩屑、循环压耗等因素影响时 ,流体实际当量密度大于基浆。若不改进配方或增加地面辅助设备 ,很难用硬胶泡沫来实现压力系数低于 1 .0的油气藏欠平衡压力或近平衡压力钻井。
Experimental study on equivalent density of rigid colloid foam drilling fluid and theoretical computation results show that when pressure, temperature, cuttings and circulating pressure loss are considered, the actual equivalent density is bigger than the base solution when the density of the base solution is 1.08kg/l and foam density is 0.65~0.95kg/l. So it is very difficulty to implement underbalanced or near-balanced drilling in the reservoir in which the pressure factor is less than 1.0 unless modifying the formulation or increasing surface ancillary equipment.
