摘要
在分析 SYZJ型冲击动载发生器主要工作过程中的能量转化及利用的基础上 ,建立了该型冲击动载发生器各工作过程的能量方程。并依据能量方程 ,分析了泥浆泵的排量和泵压、结构尺寸、冲锤重量等对其工作及能量利用的影响 ,给出了冲击动载发生器主要工作参数的工程计算式。
Based on analyzing the energy conversion & utilization during its main working process and the application of the SYZJ shock dynamic generator, energy equations of its various working processes are founded. According to the energy equations, the effects of the pump rate & pressure, figuration size, the weight of shock hammer on its application & energy utilization are analyzed. The engineering formulas to compute its main working parameters are also given.
