“体育强国”视域下我国竞技体育人才培养制度的研究

Research on the Cultivate System of Competitive Sports Athletes under the Background of “Great Sports Power”

体育强国不单是指竞技体育及其衍生出来的各种物化指标的实现,还包括竞技体育人文内涵的丰富和完善。采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对我国竞技体育人才的培养制度进行全面审视和分析,探讨了竞技体育人才培养中"学训矛盾"的尖锐性和"退役运动员安置"的长期性问题,从宏、微观角度提出解决以上问题的可行性对策。包括:树立"科学与人文"并举的体育发展观;加强国家体育总局与教育部的协作互助;强化基层体育科学选材意识;继续深化"体教结合"人才培养模式;制定教练员进修培训政策提高训练效率;设立高校高水平运动员奖学金制度;完善体育竞赛体制,落实高校竞赛制度;引入家长干预机制提高运动员自我培养意识。

＂ powerful country of sport＂ is not mean to realize all kinds of material indexes which derived from competitive sport, but also to perfect humanism content of competitive sport. The essay used methods of literatures and logic analysis, discussed poignant conflict between study and training and long difficult of allocating retired athletes. At last, provided some countermeasures form macro and micro view. Including： set science and humanism sports development views, strengthen the cooperation connection between General Administration of Sport of China and Ministry＂ of Education of China, improve science choosing athletes consciousness, deepen cultivating model of combination of training and teaching, constitute re - study policy for coach to enhance training efficiency, set scholarship for high level athletes ,perfect university competition system and carry out university competition system,import parent intervening system to increase athletes self- cultivate consciousness.
