Design and Implement of District Heat Supply Monitoring System Based on PLC

本文在研究当前城市供热现状的基础上,分别在按面积和按热量计费方面给出了实现城市远程监控系统的节能技术措施,接着介绍了系统的整体技术方案和实现方法。给出了系统通讯相关设置和系统软件控制流程图,最后介绍了该监控系统管理软件,该监测控制管理系统采用PLC实现现场控制,用组态王做上位操作监控系统,现场与控制室之间通过拨号通讯进行连接。实践证明该系统运行状况良好,能保证热网安全可靠,经济高效的运行。

On the basis of the studies of the urban collecting heating system,this article describes the energy-saving technology measures of the monitoring system respectively by the area and the heat flow billing,and then,the system＇s overall technology plan and technical approach are given.Furthermore,the system communication settings and software flow charts are described,and finally introduce the monitoring system management software which uses PLC as the field controller,the KingView software to design the monitoring system,and the dial-up communication connection between the field and control room.Practice has proved that the system is running in good condition,heating network can guarantee safe,reliable,cost-effective operation.
