信用卡直销团队人力资源管理系统的设计

Designing Human Resources Management System of The Credit Card Direct Sales Team

根据某银行直销团队人力资源管理部门的实际工作情况和功能需求,本文设计了基于JavaWeb的信用卡直销团队的人力资源管理系统。文中介绍了系统的7个功能模块,设计了信用卡直销的人员招聘流程,并且采用Struts2+Hibernate+Spring主流开发方式来构建整个系统的分层结构。最后介绍了系统采用的Ajax、数据校验、文件上传下载和报表设计等的关键技术。

According to the routing work and requirements of the human resources department of the team of credit card direct sales,we design the HR management system based on Java Web.This paper introduces the functions of its seven modules,and also designs the recruitment process in this special environment of the credit card direct sales.We use the main method of Struts2 ＋Hibernate＋Spring developing its multi-layer structure.This paper also introduces the main technologies of Ajax 、data checking 、file processing and report designing.
