摘要
CS(Customer Satisfaction)作为现代一种新的经营手段 ,普遍用于现代工商企业。分析总结了设计部门这种技术服务型企业的一些不足 ,主要包括设计中质量服务意识不强 ;设计中贯彻“设计经济”的意识不强 ;设计完成后的服务意识不强。对此 ,设计部门应引入 CS经营战略 ,注重设计质量 ,追求设计的完美无缺 ,推行项目经理制 ,营造 CS企业文化 ,以提高设计部门的市场竞争力。
CS(customer satisfaction) is a new modern management means, used widely in modern industry and commerce As a technical service enterprise,design departments have a lot of deficiencies in service quality including weak service sense of design quality, design economy and design perfectness In view of the above, CS management strategy should be introduced into design departments and emphases put on design quality, design perfectness, project managemer,CS enterprise culture with the purpose to enhance competitive power of design departments
