摘要
在连续式溶剂脱沥青试验装置上考察了掺配 FCC油浆对渣油溶剂脱沥青过程的影响。油浆的加入使脱沥青油收率增加 ,脱沥青油和脱油沥青的质量也得到了明显提高。提出了试验用渣油和油浆的结构模型 ,并据此计算得到它们的溶解度参数。根据渣油在烃类溶剂中溶解平衡理论和组成分析结果 ,揭示了掺配油浆改善溶剂脱沥青过程的机理。
The influences of blending FCC slurry on solvent deasphalting of vacuum residue were investigated With FCC slurry blended,the process of solvent deasphalting can be improved,i e the yield of DAO increased,the quality of DAO and DOA improved obviously The proposed structural models of vacuum residue and FCC slurry were advanced by this structural research,thus their solubility parameters were calculated The mechanism of improving solvent deasphalting of vacuum residue by blended FCC slurry was worked out according to the theory of dissolution equilibrium of vacuum residue with paraffin solvent and the group analysis results
