在经济转型时期构建管理创新型社会符合我国社会发展总趋势,具有重要意义。建设管理创新型社会主要基于我国社会结构状况的变化和社会问题的尖锐化、科技进步的需要、民间维权意识的增强以及社会变革可能产生的风险等。管理创新型社会的法治化具有自身的特征,其与法治紧密相关并相辅相成。构建管理创新型社会虽任务艰巨,但可在经验总结的基础上不断推进构建我国社会管理创新的法治路径。
