摘要
我国高校法制教育,其内容、形式与其目标价值存在实质的二元背离,使得高校法制教育制度保障缺失,队伍建设不力,教育效果虚无。在教学科研上也只侧重于一门或几门学科的教学研究,忽略了"法制教育是学校德育工作的重要内容"的基本定位。如何从学校德育工作的角度出发,在制度保障、队伍建设、时间空间、形式载体等方面,多维度地探讨,尝试构建一个全方位的、综合的、持续有效的法制教育体系。
The actual dual deviation in the content, form, and aim of university legal education leads to the absence of systemic warrant, poor development of teaching staff and effect. Teaching and research place particular emphasis on one or several subjects, thus discarding the fundamental orientation that "legal education is significant in university moral education". So it is of extreme significant to explore multi - dimensionally how to build a university legal educational system in terms of the systemic warrant, team development, time and space, and form carrier so as to seek a comprehensive, profound legal education system.
