摘要
探索了载体影响催化剂活性的原因 ,对载体原料拟薄水铝石进行了差热分析和X -射线衍射分析 ,评价了由其作为载体制得的催化剂的活性 ,并分析了该催化剂的孔结构 .揭示了随拟薄水铝石结晶度增大 ,催化剂比表面积增大 ,V -Sb系催化剂的活性增大的变化规律 ;并提出测定拟薄水铝石载体的DTA和XRD两种表征参数 ,可为快速、高效制备V -Sb系催化剂提供理论依据 .
The crystallinity of pseudo\|boehmite is revealed by differential thermal analysis and X\|ray diffraction(XRD). The effect of crystallinity on the performance of V-Sb catalyst is studied by appraising the catalyst. It was revealed that the activity of V-Sb serial catalyst and the specific surface increased with enlargement of pseudo\|boehmite crystallinity. This paper presents DTA and XRD character parameters for measuring pseudo\|boehmite carrier, which can provide a theoretical basis for preparing V-Sb serial catalysts with high effect.
