摘要
采用均聚共水解工艺生产适用于油田驱油的具有超高相对分子质量的聚丙烯酰胺 ;该工艺以丙烯酰胺为单体 ,在与碳酸钠共存的条件下 ,使用自制的引发剂进行聚合反应 ,确定了聚丙烯酰胺的优化聚合工艺参数 :溶液的pH值为 12 .5,w(单体 )为 2 5% ,w(氧化还原引发剂 )为 12 .5× 10 - 6 ,w(第 2引发剂 )为 5.0× 10 - 5,w(第 3引发剂 )为 8.0× 10 - 5,w(助剂 1)为 2 .5× 10 - 7,w(助剂 2 )为 1.5× 10 - 6 ,w(链转移剂 )为 2 .5× 10 - 6 ,起始反应温度为 18℃ ;在该条件下 ,合成了相对分子质量高达 2× 10 7,过滤比小于 1.3的聚丙烯酰胺 .
Polyacrylamide with an ultra\|high molecular weight suitable for driving crude oil in reservoir is prepared by homopolymerization cohydrolysis of acrylamide. In this technology, acrylamide taken as monomer together with sodium carbonate is initiated by self\|made initiator. The optimum parameters of polymerizing process are obtained as follows: pH value of solution is 12.5, the weights of monomer, oxidation\|reduction initator, the second initiator, the third initiator, the first auxilliary, the second auxiliary and chain\|transfer agent are 25%, 12.5×10 -6 , 5.0×10 -5 , 8.0×10 -5 , 2.5×10 -7 , 1.5×10 -6 , 2.5×10 -6 respectively. The initial reaction temperature is 18℃. The molecular weight of the product is 2×10 7, and the filter ratio is less than 1.3.
