摘要
介绍了无功规划的基本内容和规划模型;总结了风电场电压-无功的特点;分析了风电场常用无功补偿装置的特性及相关管理规范。在此基础上,从计及静态电压稳定约束方面介绍了风电场无功优化规划的数学模型,并对求解方法进行了综述,简要说明了动态电压稳定约束下的无功优化规划问题。最后对风电场优化规划问题提出了建议和未来的发展方向,强调考虑电压稳定性和经济性的风电场无功优化规划是当前该领域的发展趋势,对保持电力系统电压质量与稳定性具有重大意义。
This paper introduces basis content of reactive planning and planning model; it concludes characters of wind farm voltage-reactive and analyzes properties of reactive compensation equipment used in wind farm and regulations. On the basis of above, the paper introduces mathematic model of reactive optimization model considering static voltage stability con- strain; it also summarizes the solution method and briefs reactive planning optimization under circumstance of dynamic volt- age stability. Finally, the paper proposes some suggestions on optimization planning and development orientation in the fu- ture; it stresses that reactive optimization planning of wind farm considering voltage stability and economic efficiency is development trend in the filed and is of significance to voltage quality and stability in power system.
