摘要
分析了HART(HighwayAddressableRemoteTransducer)通信协议标准 ,该协议的物理层规定了通信的物理信号及通信连接方式 ,数据链路层规定了数据帧和数据通信规程 ,应用层则规定了命令格式 .研究了基于HART协议的RFT9739智能变送器与计算机的通信过程 ,利用HART命令 ,实现了微机实时采集智能变送器的数据 .将该通信技术应用于大庆油田的沙岩靶射孔检测系统 ,结果表明 ,该系统精确度高 ,运行可靠 ,可满足检测系统要求 ;该通信方法同样适合其它基于HART协议的智能仪器与计算机的通信 .
The standards of highway addressable remote transducer( HART) protocol are analyzed. It is found that the physical layer of HART describes the physical signal of communication and data transmission medium, the data\|link layer describes the coding characters of data communication and the message transaction procedure, and the application layer describes the HART commands used to operate a field device. The communication process of the intelligent transmitter RFT 9739 based on HART protocol with the computer is investigated. With HART commands, the computer can collect data of intelligent transmitters on realtime. This communication technology can also be used for communication between other HART devices and computers.
