摘要
针对循环水泵电动机电能损耗非常大的问题,提出对电动机进行磁极对数调速改造。介绍了改造原理、改造前的潜力评估、改造要点及措施、改造后的调试情况。3 600 kW大功率电动机通过改变磁极对数(8对改为9对),具备了370 r/min和330 r/min 2种转速运行方式,当发电机组运行在环境温度较低的春、秋、冬季时可采用低速运行,以达到节能目的。这种改造方式因费用低、维护方便、可靠性高等优点被越来越广泛应用。
Aiming at significant energy loss of circulating water pump motor, the paper suggests transforming magnetic pole number of motor. In this paper, transformer principle, potential evaluation before transformation, key points and measures for transformation and commissioning after transformation are introduced. By magnetic number (8 pairs to 9 pairs) change, 3 600 kW motor can be capable of 370r/min and 330r/min; the unit can operate in low speed in spring, autumn and winter to save energy. This transformation is extensively adopted due to its strongpoints such as low cost, convenience in maintenance and high reliability.
