摘要
根据四连杆机构和滑轮组机构的特点和工作原理 ,对CYJBZ10 - 8- 73HY摆轮增程式长冲程抽油机进行了运动分析 ;推导了悬点位移的计算公式 .根据该公式 ,应用数值法计算了悬点的速度和加速度 ;给出了该抽油机现场运行的对比测试数据 .摆轮增程式长冲程抽油机利用链条行程是摆轮行程的 2倍 ,实现了增程 ,与其它类型长冲程抽油机相比具有质量轻、高度低、稳定性好等特点 .理论计算和现场实践都表明 ,与CYJ - 3- 4 8HB抽油机相比 ,其节电幅度为 2 6 % ,启动电流下降4 1% ,平均日增油 10 .76t.
The motion of a movable block stroke\|increasing long stroke pumping unit is analyzed by the use of the working principles of four\|bar linkage and assembly pulley. Law of this pumping unit was analyzed according to working principle and structure feature of four\|bar linkage and assembly pulley. The formula for calculating displacement of the landing top is derived. The speed and acceleration are calculated with the numerical method on the basis of the displacement formula. The working data of the pumping unit are given. Theoretical calculation and field application in\|situ show that this kind of pumping unit has good kinetic characteristics, less fluctuation of torque on crank shaft and less power consumption. Compared with other long stroke pumping units, this pumping unit has the merits of light weight, rational height and good stability.
