摘要
在奶粉生产中,降膜式蒸发器均设有杀菌装置,随着对奶粉质量要求的提高,杀菌的结构形式也发生了变化。目前杀菌的形式主要有间接式杀菌与直接式杀菌两种,根据所用加热介质的不同,间接式杀菌又分为蒸汽间接式杀菌与高温水间接加热杀菌即UHT式杀菌。就不同杀菌结构形式在实际应用中的效果及优缺点进行了阐述。
Falling-film evaporators used in the processing of milk powder are all equipped with sterilizing devices. The types of sterilization have also changed with the higher requirements for the quality of milk powder. At present, there are mainly 2 types of sterilization - indirect sterilization and direct sterilization, and indirect sterilization is divided into indirect steam sterilization and indirect high-temperature water sterilization, i.e. UHT sterilization, based on different heating media. The effects of different types of sterilization in practical processes were described, together with their advantages and disadvantages.
