摘要 研究了小麦秸秆中温厌氧干发酵条件对沼气产量以及发酵残留物中有机质、氮、磷、钾含量的影响.结果表明,提高接种量可以提高沼气产量和甲烷含量,但过多的接种量会使单位总固体质量的沼气产量和甲烷产量降低.小麦秸秆厌氧干发酵产肥兼顾产气的最佳发酵条件为发酵料总固体含量为25%、秆渣质量比为1∶10,在保证较高产气量的同时,可较好地保留发酵残留物中的营养成分,能提供肥效良好的有机肥料. The effect of fermentation conditions on biogas production and constituents of fermentation residue was studied for mesophilic and dry anaerobic fermentation of wheat straw. The result showed that biogas production and methane content were improved while the amount of inoculums was increased, but biogas production of per total solid mass and methane production of per total solid mass were reduced with too much amount of inoculum. The best fermentation condition of wheat straw dry anaerobic fermentation was obtained : total solid content of fermentation material was 25% , straw-resi- dues ratio was 1: 10, and under this condition fermentation residue contained enough nutrient sub- stances and could be processed into good organic fertilizers while getting a high biogas production.
