摘要
为比较不同棉花品种对中黑盲蝽的抗性差异,室内测定了转Bt基因棉品种GK12(Bt棉GK12)、常规棉品种苏研011和中12、转外源凝集素基因棉8009(苏抗8009)上试虫的发育历期、存活率和成虫产卵量、卵孵化率及寿命等,测定了试虫体长、体宽和体重,组建了特定年龄生命表.结果表明,中黑盲蝽1~5龄若虫在4种棉花上发育历期总趋势为苏抗8009﹥常规棉﹥Bt棉,Bt棉和中12上的若虫总存活率显著高于苏抗8009棉和苏研011上的存活率;取食苏抗8009棉的成虫产卵前期和卵期显著长于其它3个品种,而成虫的产卵量、卵孵化率及寿命最低;苏抗8009上的卵、1~5龄若虫和成虫的体长、体宽均显著高于Bt棉和2种常规棉;取食苏抗8009的若虫体重显著低于其它品种.中黑盲蝽在苏抗8009上的种群趋势指数为0.74,净增值率和内禀增长率分别为5.082 3和0.050 8,均小于其它3个品种的相应参数.该结果表明苏抗8009能抑制中黑盲蝽的生长发育和繁殖,对中黑盲蝽具有一定的抗性.
To compare the resistance of different cotton varieties against Adelphocoris suturalis, the de- velopmental duration, survival rate, fecundity, hatching rate, longevity, and so on, were determined on transgenic Bt cotton, two non-transgenic cottons (Suyan 011, Zhong 12) and transgenic outer ag- glutinin cotton (Sukang 8009) under laboratory conditions. Body length, body width and weight of tested insects were also measured and the age-specific life-table parameters of A. suturalis were exam- ined. The result showed that the order of total developmental duration of 1~t instar to 5th instar nymph was Sukang 8009 cotton 〉 non-transgenic cotton 〉 Bt cotton. The total survival rate of nymph on Bt cotton and Zhong 12 cotton was significantly higher than that on Sukang 8009 cotton and Suyan 011 cotton. On Sukang 8009 cotton, the pre-oviposition duration and oviposition duration of adults were significantly longer than those on the other cotton varieties, but the fecundity, longevity of adults and hatching rate of eggs were the lowest on Sukang 8009 cotton. The body length and body width of eggs,1 B, instar to 5'h instar nymph and adults on Sukang 8009 cotton were significantly higher than those on Bt cotton and two non-transgenic cottons. Nymph weights on Sukang 8009 cotton were significantly low- er than those on the other varieties. The population developmental trend (I = 0. 74) , net reproductive rate (Ro = 5. 082 3) and intrinsic rate of increase ( r = 0. 050 8) on transgenic Sukang 8009 cotton were found significantly lower than those on the other cotton varieties. The results demonstrated that Sukang 8009 cotton could effectively inhibit the development, survival and fecundity of A. suturalis, showing a strong resistance to A. suturalis.
