Nowadays, high quality EV motors have been developed by many industries. High efficiency motors are used for reduction gears at high speed or for direct drive at low speed, to get high quality EV motors, qualified magnetic materials, such as low loss cores and high energy permanent magnets are indispensable. The presents status of magnetic materials used for EV motors is introduced.
