摘要 在化工、冶炼型企业中,生产环境相对恶劣,生产过程中经常出现各种仪表故障现象,由于检测与控制过程中出现的故障现象比较复杂,仪表故障判断是一项既需要专业知识,更需要实践经验的技术性工作。因此,正确判断和及时处理生产过程中出现的仪表故障,对现场仪表维护人员的技术水平提出了更高要求。为缩短处理仪表故障时间,保证安全生产,提高经济效益,作者将结合在工作中的经验,以几种常见的自动化仪表故障分析为例,发表一点自动化仪表的应用、维护经验。 In the chemical industry and smelting enterprises, the production environment is relatively poor, and a variety of instrument failure phenomenon often appear in the production process, Due to the complex of the failure phenomenon in the detection and control process, instrument fault judgment not only need professional knowledge, but also need more practice experience. Therefore, aimed at the correct judgment and timely processing of instrument failure occured in production, taller requirement was raised for the field instrument maintenance personnel's technical level. To shorten the time of processing instrument failure, to ensure the safe production, to improve economic efficiency, combined with work experience, taken several common automated instrument failure analysis, for example, automation instrumentation applications and maintenance experience were published.
