电子政务方便快捷,能够随时随地向使用者提供服务,并且采用交互式的沟通方式。在过去的数年中,电子政务在世界各国蓬勃发展,改变了传统政务的工作模式。民政部门作为政府的重要组成部门,利用信息化这一先进科学技术手段,大力推行政务能极大的提高工作效率。通过近年来的努力,广西民政推行电子政务建设取得一定的成绩,但仍存在认识不足、整合度不够等问题,文章试探讨其中存在的问题,提出解决对策。

In the past few years, the electronic government affairs had vigorously development in the countries all over the world, the traditional mode of government work had changed. Civil affairs department was an important component of the government departments, the use of information technology promoted the government work efficiency, through effort of in recent years, e-government construction that guangxi civil administration promoted had made some achievements, but there are still questions which were lack of consciousness and degree of integration and so on, the existing problems were tried to explore, and the solution countermeasure were proposed.
