摘要
从新中国成立以来不同时期对公立医院的财政投入政策入手,分析国家财政投入政策变化对公立医院的经济运行所产生的影响,进而影响到医院的经济行为,循此途径探寻药品价格问题何以困扰当前公立医院改革进程,成为医药卫生体制改革的制约因素。
Since the founding of China, according to the changes of the financial input policy on public hospitals in diiterent periods, the impact of the financial input policy changing to public hospital economics operation, then affecting on the hospital economic behaviors are anelyzed. In order to answer the doubt, how the drug price is so heavy to influence on current public hospital reform, and become the restricting factor of national heahh system reform process.
