Study on Impact and Methodology of Payment System from the Perspective of Quality

探讨支付方式改革的效果多集中于对医疗费用控制的分析,评价其对医疗质量影响机制的研究缺乏。本研究以医疗质量为切入点,从方法学和结果两方面综述探讨支付方式对质量的效果研究,以此为新医改强调的新农合支付方式改革提供现实依据和方法学支持。

The studies about impacts of payment systems mainly focus on cost control while there are few studies concentrating on the quality cilanges brought by payment systems. The study intends to conclude quality impacts by analyzing current literatures that explored the relationship between payment systems and quality from evaluation methodology and effects, in order to provide some reliable evidence to the ongoing New Cooperative Medical System payment reform and academic support.
