摘要
胶体金免疫层析技术是将胶体金标记技术、免疫检测技术和蛋白层析技术相结合的以硝酸纤维膜为载体的快速固相膜免疫分析技术。该技术已成为当前兽医临床诊断动物疫病最简便、快速、敏感特异的免疫学检测技术之一,有巨大的发展潜力和广阔的应用前景,已成为多领域研究与应用的热点。本文就胶体金免疫层析技术在兽医临床诊断中的应用进展作一简要概述。
Gold immunochromatography assay technology is a rapid solid membrane immune analysis using nitrocellulose filter membrane as carrier,and developed on the basis of gold labeling,immunological diagnosis and chromatography analysis.GICA is one of immunological assays which are simple,rapid,sensitive and specific,with great development potential and wide application prospect.It has been the focus of research and application in many areas.The development of GICA technology in veterinary clinical diagnosis is introduced in this review.
