摘要
目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变异率、半胱氨酸、泌乳素、白介素12及15的水平。方法选择因系统性红斑狼疮在我院治疗的患者98例为试验组,同时选择在我院健康体检者90例为对照组。结果试验组T淋巴细胞亚群变异率、半胱氨酸、泌乳素、白介素12及15均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。系统性红斑狼疮病情静止者T淋巴细胞亚群变异率、半胱氨酸、泌乳素、白介素12及15均低于病情活动者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、半胱氨酸、泌乳素、白介素12及15的水平与系统性红斑狼疮疾病的发生发展有关。
Objective To investigate the mutational rate of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and levels of cysteine, prolactin, interleukin 12 and 15 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Method 98 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus treated in our hospital were chosen as the experi- ment group,90 cases of healthy persons in our hospital were chosen as the control group. Results T lymphocyte subsets mutational rate and the levels of cysteine, prolactin, interleukin 12 and 15 in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically signifi- cant(P〈0.05). T lymphocyte subsets mutational rate and the levels of cysteine, prolactin, interleukin 12 and 15 in patients during disease resting stage were lower than those in patients during disease active stage, the differences were statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusions The level of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets, homocysteine, prolaetin, interleukin 12 and 15 are related to the occurrence and development of systemic lupus erythematosus disease.
