"后改革时代"不是指改革结束之后的时代,而是相对于建立社会主义市场经济体制的"前改革时代"而言的一个专用术语,它是指我国完善社会主义市场经济体制的改革时期,是整个改革时代的一个重要组成部分。在"后改革时代",改革的主题由"发展"转变为"和谐";改革的性质由对生产关系的调整转变为对生产力结构的调整;改革的任务由建立市场经济体制时期的"分离化"转变为完善市场经济体制时期的"一体化";改革的路径由完全"市场化"转变为"市场与计划一体化"。

Post-reform era,used to be compared with the ex-reform era when China socialist market economy has been established instead of an era after the reform,consists of the improvement era of socialist market economy and an important part of the reform era.In post-reform era,the theme of reform is harmony instead of development,the nature of reform is the adjustment of production force instead of production relationships,the task of reform is the integration of market economy instead of segregation,the path of reform is the integration of market and planning instead of total market orientation in ex-reform era.
