壳聚糖基磁性杂化材料在水处理应用中的进展

摘要 壳聚糖具有良好的生物相容性、可降解性,其分子链上丰富的羟基和氨基使其对于金属离子、染料、蛋白质等物质有良好的亲和力,被广泛应用于生物工程、医药、食品、化工、环境等众多领域。纳米磁性材料(包括Fe203、Fe304)作为一种磁性原料,不但具备良好的磁导向性,也具有良好的生物相融性,可与多种功能分子结合,如蛋白质,核酸,生物素等。本文通过对磁性壳聚糖材料的制备及其吸附废水中染料、重金属离子、蛋白分子等应用进行了综述,对其应用前景进行展望。 Chitosan has good biological compatibility and degradability. It has good affinity to metallic ion dyes and protein for its rich hydroxyl and amino groups contained in its molecular chain. It is widely applied in the bio-engineering, medicine, food, chemical industry and environment fields, etc. Biomacromolecule coated with nanomagnetic material (including Fe203 and Fe304) has good magnetic conductivity and compatibility so that it can be combined with many kinds of functional polymers like protein, nucleic acid and the biological element and so on. This article reviewed the preparation of chitosan based magnetic materials and its application in adsorption of dyes, heaw metal ion, and protein in waste water. In the end, the application prospect of chitasan, based magnetic materials was presented in this paper
