摘要 通过控制变量试验,找出了轧染机轧辊的压力与织物带液率、K/S值和色差之间的内在联系和数值关系。色差的在线检测系统以CIE1976 L*a*b*色差公式为标准,以K/S值和色差ΔE为表征对象,实现对轧染染色中染样的色泽和色差值的动态测量。借助计算机的C语言程序和可编程控制器,自动调节轧车轧辊两侧的压力,以达到消除色差的目的,对布面的颜色进行有效的控制。 Inner connection and numeric relation between mangle pressure of pad dyeing machine and wet pickup, K/S value and color difference were found out by control variate experimental. On-line testing system for color difference is based on formula of CIE1976 L*a*b* and K/S value and △E was chosen as indicators so as to realize dynamic testing of color shade and color difference. With the help of C language and programmable controller of computer, it can realize the automatically adjust of pressure between the two mangles so as to eliminate color difference and control color of fabric surface effectively
