摘要
本文主要以泵控马达系统为研究对象,通过分析该系统的故障形式,提出了基于模糊故障树理论的故障诊断方法来解决液压系统的故障监测与诊断问题。通过建立该系统的模糊故障树,进行模糊故障树的量化分析,最后进行故障诊断的算法研究等几个步骤来阐明模糊故障树分析液压系统故障的原理、方法和特点。
This paper takes pump-controlled motor system as an object of study, analyzes fault pattern of the system, and puts forward a fault disgnosis method based on fault tree theory to solve the problems of fault monitoring and diagnosis in the hydraulic system. Through establishing fault diagnosis tree of the system and carrying out its quantizing analysis and algorithm research, the principle, method and characteristic of analyzing the fault in the hydraulic system are described by using fuzzy fault tree.
