摘要 【目的】为了测定番木瓜种子醇、石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水提取物中的对羟基苯甲酸和香草酸含量,【方法】建立了测定各提取物中的2种酚酸含量的HPLC法,并检测了2种酚酸的含量。【结果】标样浓度介于1~5 mg.L-1时,标样浓度与峰面积间具有良好线性回归关系;本试验所优化的HPLC法具备良好的精密性、重演性和稳定性,简便易行,适于检测番木瓜种子粗提物中的对羟基苯甲酸和香草酸含量;2种酚酸含量以乙酸乙酯提取物中最高、正丁醇提取物中次之,水提取物中则几乎未能检测到。【结论】2种酚酸主要存在于乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物中,在水提取物中几乎不存在。 [Objective]The objective of the study was to determine the contents of p-hydroxybenzoic acid (PHBA) and vanillic acid (VA) in the ethanol, petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water extract fractions from the seeds of papaya. [Method]Using the HPLC method established in this study, the contents of PHBA and VA in the fractions were determined successfully. [Results]The results showed that this method was highly applicable for determination of the contents of PHBA and VA in papaya seeds. There were good linear correlations between the peak areas and the concentrations of the standard substances in a range of 1 to 5 mg· L^(-1). The HPLC method was precise, repeatable, stable and simple. Our results showed that the two phenolic acids were most abundantly distributed in the ethyl acetate fraction followed by the n-butanol fraction. [Conclusion] PHBA and VA were chiefly distributed in ethyl acetate and n-butanol extract fractions, while there was little PHBA and VA in water extract fraction.
