摘要
针对商业化的锰酸锂(LiMn2O4)动力电池,研究其各种常见的失效模式(容量衰减、泄气或漏液、热失控和集流体腐蚀等)及失效原因。结果表明:温度是造成锰酸锂动力电池容量衰减、热失控、泄气或漏液的重要应力;集流体腐蚀行为主要受电解质盐的影响,其次受表面状况、溶剂、电解液中的杂质、温度等方面的影响。
The common failure modes and failure mechanism of commercial LiMn2O4 power battery was researched. The capacity fading, discouraged or leakage, collector fluid corrosion and thermal runaway are the main failure modes of LiMn2O4 power battery. The results show that the temperature is the main reason that causes the capacity fading, discouraged or leakage and thermal runaway of LiMn20. power battery, and the corrosion behavior of the fluid coUection is mainly affected by the influence of the electrolyte salt, surface conditions, solvent, impurities in the electrolyte, temperature, etc.
