摘要
风冷电堆简化了常规电池电堆的冷却和供气系统,使其便携性能得到了极大地提高。MEA是质子交换膜燃料电池的核心部件,它由质子交换膜,催化剂,微孔层和气体扩散层等通过一定的工艺制作而成。通过对不同厚度、不同疏水度扩散层(GDL)的研究,得出风冷电堆的GDL最佳厚度的值为0.6 mm,GDL疏水程度为40%时,电池的性能发挥至最大值。
Air-cooled stack simplifies the cooling and air pump systems of the traditional PEMFC, which makes fuel cell more convenient in the application of portable power. MEA is the key component of a PEMFC, which is fabricated by PEM, catalysts, MPL and GDL. In this paper, the influence of thickness and content of PTFE of GDL on the performance of the fuel cell stack was investigated. The results show that the optimal thickness of GDL is 0.6 mm and the content of PTFE is 40%.
